A spark is a small, bright opportunity for ignition. For learners, a spark might represent an individual concept, resource, or approach that unlocks broader gains in understanding.

The goal of this new section of Socket is to provide supplementary information which pushes your learning experience in the right direction. The topics I intend to write about here include learning theory titbits, practical tips and tricks for improving study efforts, and useful resources that I’ve found in my own travels. I’ll also use this as a place to keep users up to speed on current development efforts for the platform. My plan is to post roughly once a month, and I’ll do my best to limit the fluff.
